What We Handle, and What We Do Not
Perigon handles estate planning, probate and estate administration, elder law, guardianship and conservatorship, real estate closings, and excess proceeds recovery. We are not a general-practice litigation firm and we do not pretend to be.
The narrow scope is the point. These five areas connect: a closing changes an estate plan, an estate plan shapes a probate, a probate often produces a property that needs to be sold. Handling them under one roof means the context carries forward instead of getting re-explained to a new firm every time life moves.
When a matter needs outside counsel, we will say so and help you find the right person rather than stretching to keep it.
Where We Are
Four offices: Woodstock, Kennesaw, Acworth, and Atlanta on Powers Ferry Road. Cumming and Ball Ground open in October 2026.
We work with families across Cobb, Cherokee, Forsyth, Hall, Fulton, Gilmer, and surrounding counties. Local familiarity is not a slogan in this practice. Probate procedure differs between county courts, and knowing that Cherokee wants a filing formatted differently than Cobb is the kind of small thing that saves a family several weeks.
