Stan Faulkner serves as Chief Executive Officer at Perigon Legal Services and brings more than 25 years of legal experience to the firm. His practice focuses on real estate, probate, and estate planning, where he helps clients achieve peace of mind by preserving their legacy, closing their real estate transactions smoothly, and ensuring their loved ones’ wishes are carried out through the probate process.
Stan primarily works with families and small business owners, guiding them through important legal decisions with practical advice and a common-sense approach. He takes pride in listening carefully to each client’s situation and providing thoughtful insight that helps them feel confident and supported throughout the process.
He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University and is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, Connecticut, and Georgia. Throughout his career, Stan has focused on matters where he can make a meaningful, positive impact on his clients’ lives.
Stan is actively involved in the community through organizations including the Cobb Chamber, Cherokee Chamber, and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. He and his wife, Susan, attend Burnt Hickory Baptist Church in Powder Springs.
Outside of the office, Stan enjoys working in his woodshop, visiting local wineries, and playing golf with his son.
