Arden Woody serves as Client Liaison and plays an important role in supporting clients during the early stages of their real estate transactions. As a primary point of contact during the intake and early pre-closing phases, Arden helps guide clients through the process and ensures that communication remains clear and organized from the start.
In this role, Arden works closely with clients and the real estate team to help keep transactions moving smoothly. She enjoys building trust with clients and helping them navigate what is often one of the most important financial transactions of their lives.
Arden has completed the Real Estate Closing Path course and continues to expand her knowledge of real estate transactions through hands-on experience and mentorship from the team at Perigon Legal Services. Clients often compliment her on her professionalism, communication, and polite approach. Her goal is for every client to feel informed, comfortable, and valued throughout their closing experience.
Outside of the office, Arden enjoys working out, wake surfing, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about Arden is that she has road-tripped across 17 states.
