Austin Michael O’Neill serves as an Associate Attorney with a focus on estate planning and real estate matters. He works closely with clients to help them understand the estate planning process and determine the best plan to protect their assets and provide for their loved ones.
Austin primarily works with families, individuals, and business owners, guiding them through important decisions about their estate plans. He especially enjoys helping families navigate the planning process, taking time to learn their stories and priorities while ensuring they are properly prepared so their loved ones are not left to navigate the probate process without a plan in place.
Austin earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2023. He brings several years of legal experience to his role and focuses on making complex legal topics easier for clients to understand.
Known for his approachable and conversational style, Austin strives to make consultations feel comfortable and supportive so clients feel at ease discussing important and sometimes difficult topics. His goal for every client is to leave with confidence that their assets are protected and their loved ones will be prepared for the future.
Outside of the office, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, newborn son, and other loved ones, whether watching television, playing video games, or cheering on his favorite teams.
