Caitlin Hawk serves as Legal Intake Specialist and oversees the firm’s initial client intake process. As a primary point of contact for individuals seeking estate planning and probate services, she helps evaluate client needs, coordinate consultations, and guide clients toward the legal solutions that best fit their situation.
In her role, Caitlin works closely with clients at the earliest stage of their legal journey, helping determine whether probate administration, a will, a trust, or a comprehensive estate plan may be most appropriate. She values the opportunity to connect with clients during meaningful life moments and enjoys building trust from the very first conversation while helping bring clarity and structure to the process.
Caitlin holds a double major in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Alabama and earned a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Urban Studies from Georgia State University. With more than six years of experience in the legal field, she brings strong organization, communication, and follow-through to every client interaction.
Clients often compliment Caitlin on her organization, clear communication, and responsiveness. She strives to ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and cared for—whether they are proactively planning for the future or navigating the probate process during a difficult time.
Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys exercising with her trainer, walking the Atlanta BeltLine, and playing pickleball with friends. She also loves cooking and exploring new restaurants and enjoys partnering with local businesses to highlight and review menus within the community.
