Eugene “Gene” Taylor serves as Senior Real Estate Attorney and brings more than 34 years of experience guiding clients through residential and commercial real estate transactions. He focuses on ensuring every closing proceeds smoothly and efficiently, helping clients navigate the details of their property transactions with confidence.
Gene primarily works with real estate investors and lenders, providing hands-on support throughout the closing process. He enjoys being directly involved in closings and meeting the many professionals involved in each transaction. His attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure transactions are accurate, organized, and completed without unnecessary complications.
Gene earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Georgia since 1992.
Known for his practical problem-solving and responsive service, Gene works diligently to resolve issues quickly and correctly so clients can walk away from the closing table with confidence—and a smile.
Outside of the office, Gene enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and taking drives through the mountains in his sports car.
