Kelly Bell serves as a Paralegal and brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal field. In her role, she assists with the preparation and filing of probate petitions and works closely with clients and the courts to help ensure each matter progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Kelly plays an important role in guiding clients through the probate process, helping them navigate what can often be a challenging and emotional time. She values the opportunity to support clients during these moments and works diligently to ensure that every detail of their case is handled with care and accuracy.
Throughout her career, Kelly has gained extensive experience across a variety of legal areas, including wills and estate planning, probate matters, uncontested adoptions and divorces, Social Security matters, misdemeanor criminal defense, municipal court small claims cases, and deed preparation. Clients often compliment her on her thoroughness and attention to detail.
Kelly’s goal is for every client to feel that their case is important and treated as a top priority. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Zoe, and especially loves attending her nephews’ sporting events. A fun fact about Kelly is that she was active in theater during high school and college and also participated in community theater.
