Melanie Lang serves as a Precloser and plays an important role in preparing real estate transactions for a successful closing. She works behind the scenes to gather and organize the legal documentation required for clients to buy or sell property, helping ensure that each transaction is properly prepared before reaching the closing table.
In her role, Melanie works closely with clients and the real estate team to help address questions and resolve issues that may arise during the pre-closing phase. She enjoys working with clients to determine the best path forward when legal questions arise so that the title can be cleared and the closing process can proceed smoothly.
Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University and brings more than eight years of experience as a precloser. Clients often compliment her on her clear communication, politeness, and willingness to go the extra mile to find helpful resources when needed.
Her goal is for every client to feel that their closing process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her husband and two-year-old son, and taking trips to the beach whenever she can. A fun fact about Melanie is that Halloween is her favorite holiday, and she wishes the fall season lasted all year.
