Susan Faulkner serves as Chief Operating Officer and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, and strategic growth. She leads the firm’s operations with a focus on people, culture, and scalability, helping ensure that both clients and team members have the support and structure needed to succeed.
Susan believes that strong relationships are at the heart of meaningful work. She partners closely with attorneys and staff to create clarity, strengthen collaboration, and deliver an exceptional client experience—especially during life’s most important moments. Known for being approachable, responsive, and solutions-focused, she enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to understand their goals and help move initiatives forward with confidence and integrity.
Before joining Perigon Legal Services, Susan spent more than 20 years in Finance with The Coca-Cola Company, where she built a strong operational and financial foundation. She later spent five years leading Supply Chain operations in the construction industry, further expanding her expertise in organizational leadership and process improvement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is recognized for her ability to connect people, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into action without overcomplicating the process.
Beyond her professional role, Susan serves as an advisory participant for the Women in Leadership Executive Education Course, powered by ZSchool in collaboration with the University of North Georgia. She is actively engaged with several local chambers of commerce and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, reflecting her genuine commitment to supporting both the business community and the development of future leaders. Outside of her professional and civic involvement, Susan enjoys DIY projects, attending church with her husband, Stan, and spending time horseback riding and hiking.
