In her role, she assists clients with addressing any issues that may arise prior to closing and works to ensure that each transaction moves forward smoothly so clients can experience a seamless and successful closing day.
Vita works closely with clients to help them navigate the details involved in their transaction and values the opportunity to contribute to a positive experience from start to finish. She takes pride in ensuring that Perigon Legal Services delivers the level of professionalism and care that clients expect throughout the closing process.
Vita completed Real Estate School and has experience as a real estate appraiser. She brings more than 26 years of professional experience to her role, along with a diverse background that includes work in the medical field as a phlebotomist and EKG technician. Clients often compliment her professionalism and her willingness to help resolve questions or challenges that may arise along the way.
Her goal is for every client to feel appreciated and cared for throughout their experience with the firm. Outside of the office, Vita enjoys working out, playing pool and card games, jogging, horseback riding and decorating. She also loves finding opportunities to have fun and share laughter with others.
